Blend oats and hazelnuts into flour.
50 g oats, 30 g hazelnuts
Add dates, protein powder, cocoa powder, hazelnut butter, vanilla extract and salt and blend again until a sticky dough forms. If it's too dry, add 1 TBSP plant-based milk at a time.
200 g dried dates, 30 g vegan protein powder (unflavored, vanille or chocolate), 30 g cocoa powder, 40 g hazelnut butter, 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract, Pinch salt
Roll into 18 balls and hide one hazelnut in each.
18 hazelnuts
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add the soy crispies. If using chopped hazelnuts, cover the balls in chocolate first and then roll in nuts. Place them on a plate.
150 g Dark chocolate or chocolate chips, Soy crispies
Transfer to the fridge and let them rest for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Keep the ones you don't eat right away in a bag or container in the freezer. They have a very short thaw-time, so you can (almost) enjoy them right away!
