Terms & Conditions

1. Sessions

Sessions are held online. Each session is 60 minutes.

2. Payment

Payment is made via invoice, which you will receive by e-mail. Payment must be completed before the sessions begin.
By agreement, payment may be divided into intstallments.
In case of late payment, interest of 0.60% per commenced month will be added, alog with a fee of 100 DKK.

3. Right of withdrawal and refunds

There is no right of withdrawal. Purchased programs and sessions are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations within the deadline can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made later than this, or failure to attend, will be charged the full amount.

5. Confidentiality

Everything you share during our sessions will be treated as confidential.

6. Liability

Coaching is a supportive tool for personal development and well-being and cannot replace treatment by a doctor, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

7. Data protection

Your information is stored securely and in accordance with GDPR.

By paying for the programs and sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions.
