What it looks like
When you start working with me, it’s not about weight loss, control, or living up to society’s ideal that thin = healthy, worthy, and happy. It’s about finding peace with food and your body, no matter your weight or body shape. Together we’ll work on loosening the grip of restrictions, guilt, and “should” thoughts, so you can instead find freedom, balance, and trust in your own body.
First session
We’ll start with an initial conversation where I listen to your story and your experiences with food and your body. Together, well explore what you need and what hopes or intentions you’re bringing into this process. The most important thing is that you feel seen, safe, and supported exactly where you are.
A tailored program at your pace
Everyone is different, which means there is no single “right” way. Our work will be centered around you and your life situation. We’ll use the principles of intuitive eating, body awareness, and stress reduction as a foundation – always adapted to you and your pace. The focus is not on how you look from the outside, but on how you feel on the inside.
Support, reflection, and new habits
In our sessions together, you’ll receive tools, reflections, and practices to help you release old patterns and built a gentler relationship with yourself. This might mean relearning to notice hunger and fullness, loosening your grip on internal and external body ideals, or finding new ways of speaking to yourself. I’ll be with you throughout the process – as support, partner, and witness to your journey.
Your continued journey
When we wrap up, we’ll gather all the insights and discoveries you’ve made about yourself. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of self-trust, a better relationship with your body, and practical tools you can carry forward. The goal is not to change your body, but to create a life where you can be at peace with it.
1:1 coaching with me is therefore not a quick fix or a new diet; it’s a safe space where you can reconnect with your self, let go of the struggle with food and your body, and discover a more free and sustainable way of living.

As a general rule, I offer coaching session in package options because working with food, mind, and body requires time and focus. A single session is rarely enough to create a lasting change, and my goal is always for you to gain practical tools and a deeper understanding that will stick over time. However, you have the opportunity to buy an introductory 90 minute session (first session). If you choose to continue with a package option, it will be a part of the package sessions.
In the first few sessions, we typically meet once a week. This gives us the opportunity to lay the foundation for change, reflect on your habits, and begin working on challenges that are most important to you. After that, we usually meet every other week, allowing you to integrate what we work on into your everyday life while still having ongoing support and guidance.
All coaching packages are tailored to your needs and can include exercises, reflection tasks, and practical tools to help you build a stronger trust in your body and its signals.
Throughout the entire process, I am available by e-mail, so you can always ask questions if anything comes up between sessions.
When you have used all of the sessions, you have the option to purchase additional sessions if you want continued support and guidance from me.

- I have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and health.
- I use the principles from Intuitive Eating in sessions with my clients.
- I work from a weight neutral perspective.
- I focus on health behaviors (movement, nourishing food, mental health, etc.), not weight loss.Â
- I am a cis-gendered, white woman in a smaller body and therefore I have a lot of privilege, which I acknowledge, but haven’t worked for.
