Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Creamy, cozy and delicious pumpkin pie smoothie. Perfect to enjoy during the fall season. Or all year round really!

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaded cup frozen banan coins (150 g)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree see notes
  • ½ cup non-dairy Greek-Style yogurt
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract/vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie syrup optional
  • Almond or pecan butter topping
  • Pecans or granola topping
  • Cinnamon topping

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except the toppings to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Swirl in the almond or pecan butter and sprinkle with pecans or granola and cinnamon.

Notes

You can use canned or homemade pumpkin puree. For the homemade, steam cubed pumpkin and blend to a puree.
