PSL Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup non-dairy milk oat barista makes it more creamy
- ½ cup pumpkin puree see notes
- 1 espressoshot or ¼ cup black coffee
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup or maple
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- Non-dairy yogurt to serve optional
- Pecans or granola to serve optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined.
- Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir and divide into 2 glasses/glass jars or 1 bowl.
- Top with non-dairy plain yogurt, pecans or granola and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
