- ½ cup vegan butter or coconut oil, melted 120 mL
- ¾ cup brown sugar 150 g
- ½ cup molasses 120 mL
- 1 cup plant-based milk 240 mL
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

- 1 cup powdered sugar 120 g
- 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon or orange juice or plant-based milk for a neutral flavor
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
