How to Make Chia Pudding
First, combine the ingredients in a lidded jar, airtight container or bowl.
Next, stir!
Then, rest and stir again. Let the chia pudding rest for about 10 minutes and then stir again.
Chill. Pop the chia pudding in the fridge and let it chill overnight.

Polar Bear Chia Pudding

- 1 food processor or mini chopper
Ingredients
Chia Pudding
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- ½ tsp blue spirulina or butterfly pea powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- Non-dairy yogurt to serve
Polar Bears
- ½ cup cashews, unsalted soaked overnight or boiled for 15 minutes
- ¼ cup oat flour (blended oats)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut + extra for rolling
- pinch of salt
- Vegan white chocolate drops for ears and nose
- Dark chocolate, melted for eyes and nose
Instructions
Chia Pudding
- Mix everything together in a glass jar or container with a lid. Give it a stir after 5 and 10 minutes. Leave in fridge overnight. Serve with non-dairy yogurt and polar bears.
Polar Bears
- Blend cashews and syrup until smooth.
- Mix with flours and salt.
- Roll into little balls and roll in shredded coconut.
- Make the ears, eyes and nose as pictured with the chocolates.
